I play rep volleyball in victoria, canada. There is a man in our area, a previous coach of mine, Mark Lindal. My old team ended up dropping him as a coach because of his behaviour. If you ever come in contact with him, you will not die, but he is a selfish and abusive person (verbally abusive). I have currently been to the psychologist on his behalf. I recommend to never relinquish the responsibilities of money organization to him. He is not trustworthy. If he saw this, he may call me weak and blind, but that is just they way he tries to manipulate you into questioning yourself. Alot of his tactics are premeditated, except for the explosive bouts of anger we see during games: smashing clipboards, yelling, rolling of eyes, mockery. It was rather entertaining to see him frequently yellowcarded though. He is very controlling and negative. |
His father is vic lindal, who is no better. I guess old age has softened him up, but he yells like a factory worker, and is selfish, but in a far more subtle manner.
Mark's daughter Stephanie, I very sweet girl despite her family situation, is also a volleyball player, she played setter on my old team for five or so years. Her height, a 5'2, 5'3 or shorter, was always a problem. The Lindals, sometimes both on the coaching bench, would jeopradize our success with her lack of strength and height. But then, as a father and grandfather, you want the best for your kid, so I see the kunundrum....
